PROJECT INFORMATION
Custom Interior Project Planning
Prepare a room-by-room brief for residential, hospitality and retail cabinetry. Define quantities, finishes and delivery scope before comparing proposals.
Residential projects.
Separate room types and repeated units. Identify kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and door schedules, then record the same finish and drawing references across the package.
Hospitality projects.
Use a room-type schedule and list repeatable components, shared finishes and accessory requirements. Identify the proposed review samples and any phased delivery or package-labelling needs.
Retail and commercial interiors.
List fixture types, finish references and the scope of cabinetry, display elements and other supplied components. Identify the parties responsible for lighting, equipment and site interfaces.
Compare the same project scope.
Ask each proposal to reference the same drawings, quantities and selected materials. Keep exclusions and substitutions visible; compare a total only after the included scope is clear.
Request relevant project references.
If previous-work evidence is part of your supplier review, specify the relevant product and project type. Ask for dated context and permission to share before relying on a photograph or customer reference.
